What I am trying to do is better explain this terrible atrocity called ABORTION!
Murder, by any other name, is still murder! Many have tried, such as those who call themselves "Planned Parenthood", to prevent those who are trapped in an unplanned pregnancy that that which has been conceived is nothing but a "blob" of something, to shield the potential mother from hearing the truth. Those who perform Abortions, for money, are nothing but Serial Killers, for personal gain! May the living GOD have mercy on them when their appointment time before HIM has arrived as it surely will come! Their track record, here in our US of A, stands,I believe just under 50 million,
murdered in the womb for personal gain. The civlized world, throughout history has condemned abortion as murder, until recent years, and the Bible also condemns this act in the 'big ten", "thou shall do no murder", (correct translation) Ex,20:13. Can GOD be pleased with our performance against this crime against humanity? I think not! dc
This is a followup to the "abortion" article just above;
'Letter to the editor: The advertiser" Everyone has a different view and opinion on everything. Some say stealing is okay while others say it isn't. some people say murder is okay, while others say its horrendous. But what is an abortion? Is it a murder? Technically, it is. But in my opinion, I believe abortions are not a horrible thing. Of course, it is horrible to kill a child that hasn't been born yet, although I believe that an abortion gives girls a second chance. Whether their child was a mistake, or had a horrable disease the parents didn't want to see their child living with. Sometimes, not only are the parents doing themselves a favor, but they are doing a favor for their baby. For example, if I ever became pregnant at a young age, and wasn't prepared to have a baby, i'd like to do anything to save my future, my career, and live a happy and easy life. If I became a teen mom, I would not have the ability to finish school, begin my dream career, and my life would simply not be the same. As for the baby, things wouldn't be as smooth as well. I wouldn't be able to give him/her the things I'd like to. I wouldn't be able to take care of a child, go to School, get a job, etc. at a young age. I'd become an adult, before I could even finish being a teenager. Personally, if I were to ever be in this position, and I, in my heart believed I wouldn't be able to do this, I would take an abortion into consideration. An abortion is a sad thing, and I'm sure it's a difficult decision to make, but it gives you a second chance in life. It gives you a second chance to go to school, establish a career, and start a family whenever you are ready".
Folks, this is, I believe from the mind of a teenager, APHS English Student from Troy.
Isnt it time for "We the people" to do something about what "they" are pounding into the heads of those youngsters who are going to inherit the mess that "we the people" leave behind? dc
#2 Folks, this is a speech by Gen. Douglas MacArtur, Dec. 12th, 1951.
"History fails to record a single precedent in which nations subject to moral decay have not passed into political and economic decline. There has been either a spiritual reawakening to overcome the moral lapse, or a progressive deterioration leading to ultimate National disaster...Evil forces seek to remove religion, to undermine public and private morals.
It first assays to make Traitors among those of high degree and through them destroy nations and bend people to its malevolent will. Its plan is to abolish private property and free enterprise in order to secure the degree of power over material things necessary to render abosolute its power to suppress the Spiritual things. It first establishes collectivism as the ideal refuge for those who lack the will and the courage and the capacity for self expression. this is the half-way-point on the direct and undeviating road to Communism, this is how it has happened before and it can happen again.
Tolerance of this destructive force of evil should be replaced by an implacable and uncompromising to resist its every threat. We must condemn those who would corrupt the principles of individual liberty, freedoms' mighty instrument of Spiritual power. We must refuse to indulge those who are so blind that they will not see the moral dangers now thretening the engulfment of our people. We must face the gravity of the times honostly and fearlessly so that our beloved Country may survive.
This will not be easy. Our great strength rests in, patriotic Americans whose faith in GOD and love of Country transcends all selfish and self-serving instincts. We must command their maximum effort toward a restoration of our age-old standards of morality and ethics, a return to the religious fervor which animated our leadership of former years."
Its as though this military genous were prophesying about our America as it is today
#1 Folks, this is about one of those "untouchable's", Homosexuality. Somehow iin our "free" country, "we the people" have permitted our government to introduce and pass a bill into law that it is now a "hate?'crime to explain to our homosexual friends that the persouit of that lifestyle will cost them their SOUL! Now picture this, you are the one to drag a person out of a raging fire, your are a hero. But if you exercise your christian duty to warn people of the final consecquences of SIN, it may cost you a vacation in jail. Seems like there is something wrong with that so in order to change that, "We the People" better get some folks in office that don't think that way, don't you think? dc
#2Folks, i got this from our Troy Record, 5/27/11:
Patriot Act Hearing-Washington
Four Democritic Senators won the promise Thursday of a senate Intelligence Committee hearing into what they say is a secret and expansive Justice Department interpretation of the information collection the Patriot Act allows.
The criticism by intelligence Committee members Ron Wyden of Oregon and Mark Udall of Colorado came as Congress moved to extend the government's Patriot act powers to search records and conduct roving wiretaps.
Wayden said there is a growing gap between what the law says and what the senators call a classified interpretation of the law by the Justice Department.
Udallsaid his constituents"would be alarmed if they knew" how the Patriot Act was being used.
Perhaps "we the people" need to use the "Freedom of Information act" to look lnto this. Sounds like just more of the same to me
